What to Expect

Your first visit to Dr. Rick A. Jones Family Dentistry is an important one, as it introduces you to our practice and our friendly staff.  During the first visit, we will collect background information like medical history as well as take the time for you to get to know Dr. Jones.  Below you will find additional information to view before your first visit.  Also, to help ensure your first visit goes as smoothly as possible, we invite you to take a few minutes to explore our website to educate yourself about the some of the dentistry and smile solutions we offer.

Appointments

In order to make your visit an easy process, you can request an appointment from our website or call our office.  Our friendly staff will assist you in getting everything set up.

Insurance

Our office is currently a participating provider with most dental insurance plans (All indemnities, most PPO’s and some discount plans), some of which include:

**We do not participate with any HMO plans**

Please contact us with any questions regarding your dental insurance. If you carry dental insurance and are not certain if we accept it, call the office at 410-560-6855.

We also accept payment by cash, checks and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover).
